My 20 years of experience in new home community sales and marketing is very diverse, ranging from successful urban in-fill developments and master-planned communities to large-scale luxury developments. I have led in-house sales and marketing programs for developers such as Intrawest as its Regional Vice President, and with rareEarth as project marketing consultant, successfully selling close to $2 billion in multifamily homes. Together with our clients and teams, I have led record-breaking, single-day sell outs of up to 250 homes worth over $150 million, and also executed many tempo sales programs with a joint mandate to maximize revenue and sell out prior to building occupancy.
If there’s one lesson I’ve learned in this business, it is that strong relationships, diverse experience and level heads are vital components for success.
